📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth intake meetings with hiring managers to establish position specifications.

• Offer pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against position criteria and present strong candidate slates.

• Develop and maintain talent pipelines.

• Keep candidates engaged by providing timely updates on their progress.

• Work alongside hiring leaders to finalize offer details using market intelligence and compensation standards.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment process.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Experience in recruiting with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Brassring / Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Experience in Pharmacy Tech recruitment (preferred).

• Knowledge of Brassring ATS (preferred).
