This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position specifications

• Offer pertinent market insights and recommendations

• Work in collaboration with internal stakeholders and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies

• Assess candidate profiles against the requirements of the position

• Provide strong candidate slates and develop talent pipelines

• Maintain candidate engagement through timely updates on their progress

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details

• Utilize market data and compensation guidelines to inform offer recommendations

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma

• Experience in recruiting with proven success in corporate, RPO, or agency environments

• Knowledge of recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools

• Understanding of basic Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition
