This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop proactive talent pipelines by leveraging sourcing, networking, referrals, and community partnerships.

• Discover outstanding candidates and connect them with fulfilling career opportunities at Breakthrough T1D.

• Support candidates throughout the entire hiring process, from initial discussions to offer acceptance.

• Foster transparent communication and ensure a respectful, valued experience for candidates.

• Conduct behavioral interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Evaluate candidates based on clearly established competencies.

• Collaborate with hiring teams to ensure fair, objective, and high-quality hiring decisions.

• Utilize Workday and recruiting analytics to enhance hiring results.

• Optimize recruiting processes to bolster the employer brand.

• Continuously refine strategies for attracting and recruiting top talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of comprehensive recruiting or talent acquisition experience.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is advantageous.

• Experience in managing multiple recruitment searches concurrently.

• Strong skills in interviewing and candidate assessment.

• Innovative approaches to sourcing and engaging passive talent.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management abilities.

• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (experience with Workday is preferred).

• A commitment to fostering equitable hiring practices and connecting individuals to meaningful careers.

• Capability to meet the specified physical demands, including occasional lifting/moving up to 25 pounds and infrequently up to 50 pounds.
