Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Manage the entire recruiting process for both technical and non-technical positions.

• Identify and engage passive candidates through proactive outreach, referrals, and personal networks.

• Develop candidate pipelines to meet ongoing hiring demands.

• Conduct introductory calls to provide insights about Adelphi, available roles, and the interview process.

• Collaborate with hiring managers on intake meetings, calibration, interview processes, and candidate feedback.

• Ensure the accuracy of applicant tracking system (ATS) data in Ashby.

• Oversee interview scheduling and maintain communication with candidates.

• Facilitate the offer process alongside the Head of Talent and ensure candidate engagement until their start date.

• Contribute to the development of recruiting processes, templates, employer branding, and referral initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house at a startup or rapidly expanding organization.

• Proven success in hiring for software positions, machine learning engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, and various non-technical roles.

• Excellent sourcing abilities and comfort with reaching out to passive candidates.

• Skill in selling roles, assessing candidates, and successfully closing offers.

• Strong sense of ownership with the capacity to manage requisitions from start to finish.

• Exceptional written communication skills, warmth, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience in hiring for cleared positions or within the defense technology sector is advantageous.
