This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the complete recruiting lifecycle for designated positions and locations.
• Advertise job openings, identify candidates, evaluate applications, carry out screenings, schedule interviews, prepare and present job offers, and manage pre-employment screening processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp staffing requirements, position specifications, and recruitment priorities.
• Identify qualified candidates via job boards, direct sourcing, referrals, and various recruiting methods.
• Perform candidate screenings and recommend suitable candidates to hiring managers.
• Organize interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Initiate and monitor background checks and drug screenings until completion.
• Create sourcing strategies for high-volume, specialized, and challenging-to-fill roles.
• Handle multiple open requisitions and adapt priorities according to shifting business demands.
• Keep accurate records of candidates and requisition details in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Provide hiring managers with consistent updates on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, offers, and pre-employment statuses.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Adhere to established recruiting protocols and relevant employment regulations.
• Assist with additional Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as required.
• A minimum of 3 years of recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience, ideally in a high-volume or multi-location setting.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Proficient in managing multiple requisitions and hiring managers concurrently.
• Strong sourcing abilities and experience utilizing job boards, recruiting platforms, and an ATS.
• Experience in recruiting for operations, frontline, skilled, and/or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
• Capacity to work independently and take ownership of assigned requisitions.
• Quick to learn about new positions, business operations, and hiring requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools.
