This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of various sites.

• Lead, mentor, and enhance the capabilities of a multi-location team of Recovery Support Coordinators.

• Provide supervision, constructive feedback, performance management, onboarding, and opportunities for professional growth.

• Cultivate an inclusive, mission-driven culture rooted in the organization's values and member-centered care.

• Guide teams in navigating complex cases, effective communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, workflows, standards, and recovery support practices.

• Spearhead team change initiatives and offer hands-on assistance during onboarding, transitions, and operational adjustments.

• Collaborate with Clinical leadership on recruitment, hiring, and team performance management.

• Supervise daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality service delivery.

• Drive accountability for KPIs, including member engagement, retention, census growth, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.

• Manage staffing, scheduling, office coverage, supplies, equipment, and operational workflows.

• Conduct audits related to quality, compliance, documentation, and charts.

• Support the launch of new sites, transitions, relocations, and closures, ensuring staffing and operational readiness.

• Partner with regional leadership on growth, expansion, and initiatives for operational improvement.

• Analyze performance data and formulate actionable plans to enhance outcomes and operations.

• Provide performance reporting and assist with licensing, accreditation, and managed care audits.

• Ensure accurate EHR documentation and maintain quality oversight of Recovery Support services.

• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and community partners to enhance integrated, member-centered care.

• Act as a point of contact for escalated member and stakeholder issues.

• Lead special projects, pilot programs, process improvements, and expansion initiatives.

• Keep abreast of healthcare, insurance, social service systems, and community resources within assigned markets.

• Engage in community outreach and education to strengthen partnerships and enhance member access to resources.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Social Services, Human Services, Psychology, Business, or a related field is required; equivalent education or experience will be considered.

• 3+ years of experience in operations management, case management, care coordination, or a related field.

• Supervisory experience is preferred.

• State certification or licensure to supervise peer support specialists, where applicable.

• Proficient with EHR systems, data reporting, and digital collaboration tools.

• Ability to fulfill state and role-specific pre-employment requirements, including background checks, fingerprinting, drug testing, CPR/First Aid certifications, and health screenings, as applicable.

• Willingness to travel up to 40–60% within the assigned region, with rare overnight stays.

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.

• Access to reliable internet and Wi-Fi with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, EHR systems, and data/reporting tools such as Tableau.

• Knowledgeable in recovery-oriented care, harm reduction, HRSNs, and community-based services.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and adhere to the organization’s Code of Conduct.

• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours or evenings as necessary.
