This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage, filter, and direct primary incoming calls for the corporate headquarters.
• Offer support for sales overflow during peak periods.
• Address routine inquiries and escalate more complex calls to Regional Managers, Property Managers, or appropriate departments.
• Monitor, respond to, and organize messages from the main email account.
• Supervise website chatbot interactions and online contact form submissions.
• Log and forward inquiries to the correct property or regional office.
• Evaluate client needs and resolve issues within the scope of authority.
• Track pending requests to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
• Maintain logs for calls and inquiries.
• Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing tasks.
• Provide occasional monitoring for urgent emails and calls after hours or on weekends.
• 1–2+ years of experience in receptionist, administrative support, or corporate customer service positions.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, demonstrating a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to learn web chat and phone software.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Previous experience in real estate or property management is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM MST.
• Independent Contractor employment arrangement.
• 80 hours of paid time off (PTO) annually.
