This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide information to clients regarding the resolution of doubts, inquiries, and/or complaints about Claro Perú's PostPago service.

• Assist clients in a remote setting.

• Engage in paid training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary Education completed.

• Professional experience: Less than 1 year.

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday with a rotating day off.

• Availability for morning shifts from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (9-1 / 10-2).
