This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide information to clients regarding the resolution of inquiries, questions, and/or complaints for Claro Perú's PostPago service.

• Assist customers with Claro Perú's PostPago service.

• Engage in paid training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education.

• Professional experience: Less than 1 year.

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off.

• Availability for the schedule from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (9-1 / 10-2).
