This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide information to clients regarding inquiries, questions, and/or complaints related to Claro Perú's PostPaid service.

• Assist customers utilizing Claro Perú's PostPaid service.

• Work during PM shifts with rotating schedules.

• Participate in paid training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of Secondary Education.

• Professional experience of less than 1 year (valued).

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday with a rotating day off.

• Flexibility to work rotating hours from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
