This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide information to customers regarding the resolution of inquiries, questions, and/or complaints about Claro Perú's PostPaid service.

• Work during PM shifts with rotating schedules.

• Develop commercial potential as part of the customer service team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education.

• Professional experience: Less than 1 year.

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off.

• Availability for rotating hours from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

• Willingness to provide assistance to customers of Claro Perú's PostPaid service.
