Recall Management Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison between the organization and ECRI Institute.

• Collaborate with end users at the facility and key stakeholders.

• Aid in the enhancement and development of the ECRI Recall Management system.

• Deliver training and support for end users of the Recall system program.

• Create and compile regular and on-demand enterprise-wide reports and dashboards for supply chain logistics leaders, Risk Management, and subcommittee meetings.

• Offer operational, data entry, and technical assistance for recall alert management software.

• Handle customer service inquiries regarding technical issues, data updates, and end-user training.

• Oversee assigned projects that align with ministry goals for quality, risk, and safety.

• Supply requesting departments with updates on recall notification status.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Purchasing/Supply Chain is required.

• Candidates must reside within a reasonable driving distance to one of Franciscan's campuses.

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• Up to 20% travel may be necessary.
