Real Property Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in ensuring federal audit preparedness, property record documentation, reconciliation, and remediation initiatives.

• Examine and arrange facility documentation, which includes photographs, surveys, acquisition/disposal packets, and supporting records.

• Aid in validation, cleanup, and remediation efforts to enhance the accuracy and completeness of real property records.

• Conduct completeness assessments to pinpoint missing documentation, duplicate records, and discrepancies in property data.

• Assist in reconciling Automated Property System of Record (APSR) data with supporting documents.

• Facilitate State Assistance Visits, both onsite and virtual inspections, found-on-site verifications, and completeness surveys by collecting documentation and taking notes.

• Maintain logs of remediation activities, status updates, and inputs for SAV reports to track and report on audits.

• Utilize Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar platforms to monitor progress and assist with reporting.

• Keep organized documentation adhering to established naming conventions and federal recordkeeping protocols.

• Collaborate with State personnel, facility managers, auditors, and internal teams to gather information and address documentation gaps.

• Support extensive travel requirements during Base Year State Assistance Visits.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• At least 6 months of relevant experience gained through internships, entry-level roles, academic projects, or similar experiences involving financial analysis, data management, auditing, compliance, or documentation.

• Possession of an Active Secret Security Clearance.

• Willingness and capability to travel approximately 35%, including significant travel during Base Year State Assistance Visits.
