This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Develop a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management in your local area.

• Seek out and actively engage property owners.

• Convince owners to trust you with the management of their properties.

• Negotiate and finalize property management contracts.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance services.

• Maintain relationships with both property owners and guests.

• Expand the client portfolio to create a consistent monthly income.

• Independently manage your schedule, blending remote work with on-site responsibilities.

• Optionally recruit City Managers through a referral program and earn commissions from their activities.

• Self-motivated and autonomous.

• Keen interest in developing a sustainable long-term income stream.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or similar fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
