Real Estate, Hospitality, Events Evaluator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess AI-produced materials using domain-specific quality standards.

• Detect factual, aesthetic, and presentation discrepancies.

• Deliver clear and organized written feedback.

• Evaluate and analyze AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide presentations for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality.

• Utilize extensive subject-matter knowledge to assess outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant professional experience in real estate, hospitality, or events.

• Native or professional proficiency in English.

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides and PowerPoint.

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a recognized institution (preferred but not mandatory).

• Engaged as an independent contractor.

• Currently unable to accommodate H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.
