This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct home showings

• Organize open house events

• Participate in property inspections

• Set your own schedule and manage your workload

• Provide customer service, particularly on weekends

• Work remotely in the field with no requirement for office visits

• Operate as an independent contractor, earning a flat-rate payment for each field event

• Possession of a real estate license in the state of employment

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to acquire them

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable mode of transportation

• Capability to travel within your designated market

• Completion of a background screening is necessary
