This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct home showings, organize open houses, and participate in inspections.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a real estate license in the state where you will be operating.

• Agree to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin.

• Possess a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or be willing to acquire them.

• Be prepared to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Have a reliable mode of transportation and the ability to travel within your designated market.

• Successfully complete a background screening in accordance with applicable laws.

• Work as an independent contractor under a 1099 arrangement.
