Real Estate Associate Agent – Brevard Central

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct showings of homes, facilitate open houses, and participate in inspections.

• Establish your own schedule and manage your workload effectively.

• Engage with clients, particularly during weekends.

• Operate remotely in the field without the need for office visits.

• Receive a flat-rate compensation for each field event.

• Complete an application and participate in a video screening if you meet the minimum qualifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a real estate license in the state where you will be working.

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin.

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or a willingness to obtain them.

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• A reliable means of transportation and the ability to travel within your designated market.

• Background screening is mandatory.

• Status as an independent contractor (1099).
