Real Estate Associate Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Conduct home showings, facilitate open houses, and participate in inspections.

• Collaborate with clients according to your availability.

• Attract clients, particularly during weekends.

• Operate without the pressure of sales quotas, contracts, or closing procedures.

• Manage your workload and schedule for field events.

• Complete a video screening if invited after your application submission.

• Work remotely in the field without the need for office visits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a real estate license in the state where you will operate.

• Commitment to affiliate your license solely with Redfin.

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to obtain them.

• Openness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Reliable transportation and the capability to travel within your designated market.

• Background screening is mandatory.

• Independent contractor status (1099).
