Real Estate Associate Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct home showings, facilitate open houses, and participate in property inspections

• Determine your own schedule and manage your workload

• Collaborate with clients according to your availability

• Attract clients, particularly on weekends

• Operate without the pressure of sales, contracts, or closing requirements

• Work remotely in the field with no necessity for office visits

• Receive a flat-rate compensation for each field event as an independent contractor

• Complete a brief application and video screening if you meet the minimum qualifications

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid real estate license in the state where you will be working

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to acquire them

• Openness to joining the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within your designated market

• Background check required for this position
