Real Estate Associate Agent – 1099

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

• Present homes to potential buyers

• Organize and conduct open houses

• Participate in property inspections

• Determine your own schedule and manage your workload

• Engage with clients, particularly during weekends

• Host field events without the pressure of sales, contracts, or closings

• Operate remotely in the field without needing to visit an office

• Complete a brief application and video screening if selected

• Exclusively affiliate your real estate license with Redfin

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid real estate license in the state you will operate

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Possession of a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or a willingness to acquire them

• Openness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable transportation method

• Capability to travel within your designated market area

• Successful completion of background screening in accordance with applicable laws

• Status as an independent contractor (1099)
