This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Display homes to potential buyers

• Organize and conduct open houses

• Participate in property inspections

• Collaborate with clients at your convenience

• Work remotely in the field without the need for office visits

• Engage with clients, particularly during weekends

• Operate in a non-pressured environment without sales targets, contracts, or closings

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a real estate license in the state of employment

• Commitment to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin

• Possession of a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or readiness to acquire them

• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Reliable transportation is essential

• Ability to travel within your designated market area

• Background screening is mandatory
