This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Showcase properties to potential buyers

• Organize and conduct open house events

• Participate in property inspections

• Establish your own schedule and manage your workload

• Collaborate with clients based on your availability

• Provide customer service, particularly during weekends

• Operate remotely in the field without the need for office visits

• Generate income through flat-rate payments for field events without the necessity of closing transactions

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a real estate license in the state of employment

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to acquire them

• Openness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable transportation required

• Capability to travel within your designated market area

• Background screening is mandatory

• Must hold independent contractor status (1099)
