• Quickly respond to high-intent inbound leads from Zillow.

• Establish trust and foster long-term relationships with clients.

• Assist buyers and sellers throughout each phase of their transactions.

• Conduct buyer consultations and showcase properties.

• Present offers and negotiate terms and contracts effectively.

• Aid clients in making well-informed choices in a competitive market.

• Utilize Navigate's systems, CRM, and technology for efficient organization.

• Monitor conversations and follow up to convert leads into successful closings.

• Utilize marketing strategies, branding, and tools to expand the database and referral network.

• Keep abreast of market trends, contract details, and fair housing regulations.

• Engage in continuous training, coaching, and accountability initiatives.

• Valid Real Estate License (Mandatory).

• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.

• Confidence or a willingness to enhance negotiation and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset.

• Proficient in using technology, CRM systems, and social media platforms.

• Ambition to develop a long-lasting and sustainable real estate business.

• Previous experience in marketing, social media, real estate law, fair housing, or property management is advantageous but not essential.
