R&D Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Serve as a hands-on R&D Architect, merging architectural insight with robust software development expertise.

• Create and prototype AI-driven solutions and internal tools.

• Assess and incorporate OpenAI, Anthropic, and other AI platforms.

• Design and execute AI agents, prompts, MCP integrations, and ancillary services.

• Develop backend services and integrations utilizing Python and C#/.NET.

• Construct functional internal user interfaces using React/TypeScript or similar technologies.

• Architect and integrate REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth flows, and third-party services.

• Collaborate with SQL/PostgreSQL and assist in data modeling and solution design.

• Utilize AWS/Azure and CI/CD methodologies to support prototypes and production-ready applications.

• Quickly validate technical ideas, identify feasible solutions, and transform concepts into operational prototypes.

• Work alongside engineering and business stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable technical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent English communication abilities, both written and oral.

• Extensive hands-on proficiency in Python.

• Strong background in C# / .NET development.

• Familiarity with OpenAI and/or Anthropic APIs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and MCP.

• Thorough understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and integrations with third-party services.

• Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL and foundational data modeling skills.

• Proficient in React/TypeScript or similar technologies, with the capability to create functional internal UIs.

• Knowledge of AWS or Azure and fundamental CI/CD practices.

• Strong skills in prototyping and the ability to swiftly translate ideas into actionable solutions.

• Previous experience as a Full Stack Developer, adept at navigating the entire technology stack.

• Nice-to-haves: experience in designing AI-powered applications or internal tools.

• Nice-to-haves: experience with AI agent frameworks and Model Context Protocol (MCP).

• Nice-to-haves: experience in integrating multiple AI models and third-party services.

• Nice-to-haves: understanding of cloud-native architecture and contemporary software development practices.
