This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate data and trends related to revenue cycle management to identify the underlying causes of process failures and uncover opportunities for revenue enhancement.

• Support project implementation by collaborating effectively with team members.

• Contribute to various aspects of project planning, execution, assessment, measurable objectives, and progress tracking.

• Discover opportunities for process improvements within the revenue cycle management framework.

• Work together with project teams at every stage of the project lifecycle.

• Organize and oversee schedules to ensure timely completion of deadlines.

• Coordinate team efforts and liaise with external consultants.

• Track project progress towards established goals and objectives while documenting significant decisions.

• Develop project management calendars to facilitate tracking and monitoring of objectives.

• Maintain and oversee project plans, ensuring documentation of actions and follow-up on decisions.

• Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

• Execute other related responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in healthcare administration, finance, insurance customer service, claims, billing, call center, or management across any industry.

• Relevant experience includes any of the aforementioned roles within a Medicare-certified Home Medical Equipment (HME), diabetic, pharmacy, or home medical supplies setting that regularly bills insurance.

• Capability to proactively identify potential issues and make informed decisions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A collaborative approach and a team-oriented mindset.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and the technical skills to understand data flow through systems and their interactions.

• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
