📋 Description

• Reconcile ERAs, EOBs, and patient payments with bank account transactions.

• Investigate and resolve issues related to unposted cash, partial payments, contractual allowances, underpayments, write-offs, and unapplied balance accounts.

• Collaborate with payers regarding missing payments and the reissuance of payments.

• Partner with stakeholders to retrieve check payments that were incorrectly issued to clinics or patients.

• Create daily, weekly, and month-end reconciliation reports.

• Monitor key performance metrics such as aging unposted cash and posting turnaround times for RCM and finance leadership.

• Embrace evolving responsibilities and projects as Finni Health expands and the RCM landscape develops.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of relevant experience in RCM payment posting, RCM operations, or similar positions.

• Strong comprehension of RCM processes, encompassing billing, claims, collections, denial appeals, and accounts receivable management.

• Thorough knowledge of the complete revenue cycle, including billing, claims processing, collections, accounts receivable management, payer contracting, and compliance, such as CMS billing.

• Capability to analyze intricate RCM/Finance data, recognize trends and root causes, and implement data-driven solutions.

• Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and propel RCM/Finance process enhancements.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the capability to handle multiple priorities and projects.

• Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, CRM/support software, and EHR/RCM management tools.

• Experience with EMR/EHR work queue management within RCM is advantageous.

• Ability to cooperate effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
