RCM Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison and contact person for designated client accounts in collaboration with Client Success.

• Build and maintain robust client relationships while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Oversee contractual commitments, service scope, invoice validation, performance standards, and operational deliverables.

• Track KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to ensure compliance.

• Work with internal teams to enhance service performance, boost operational efficiency, and improve client outcomes.

• Collaborate with technology teams to recognize, prioritize, and execute automation opportunities.

• Lead efforts in identifying issues, managing escalations, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing resolutions.

• Work together with clients and internal leadership on service improvements, scope changes, and operational initiatives.

• Create and present business reviews, performance reports, dashboards, and presentations.

• Offer strategic insights to enhance revenue cycle performance and support organizational growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mid-level experience is required.

• Strong comprehension of healthcare revenue cycle operations.

• Proficient strategic account management abilities.

• Capability to monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.

• Demonstrated experience in identifying and executing process enhancements.

• Competence in supporting and implementing automation initiatives.

• Skill in managing issue escalation and performing root cause analysis.

• Proficiency in preparing business reviews, performance reports, dashboards, and presentations.

• Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.

• Must reside within the United States.
