This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Meet or surpass sales targets within the Local Healthcare Market.
• Formulate and implement strategies to uncover patient opportunities, stimulate demand, and eliminate fulfillment obstacles.
• Collaborate effectively with internal field partners, such as TLLs, ABSs, FRMs, KAMs, and MSLs.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with customers while influencing key stakeholders.
• Showcase clinical value utilizing approved marketing materials.
• Inform customers about patient access and affordability options.
• Conduct analysis of qualitative and quantitative market data.
• Create business and account plans to foster growth.
• Develop local strategies and coordinate with cross-functional field partners.
• Work together to secure formulary status for essential health systems and centers of excellence.
• Persuade account stakeholders to enhance adoption and pull-through.
• Cultivate relationships with local infusion service providers.
• Support educational initiatives.
• Oversee the territory budget.
• Nurture future thought leaders with support from TLL.
• Execute tasks in accordance with company standards and embody JJIM Values.
• A BA/BS degree is the minimum educational requirement.
• At least five (5) years of field sales experience in the pharmaceuticals industry.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in specialty sales and/or key account management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in sales efforts.
• Strong clinical, product, and business acumen.
• Demonstrated history of high sales performance and leadership.
• Skilled in planning, organizing, and executing sales strategies.
• Capacity to adapt to a constantly evolving environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Must reside in the designated geography or be open to relocating there.
• Experience selling to large customer segments or equivalent account management experience is preferred.
• Significant experience in rare diseases, particularly in neurology and hematology, is preferred.
• Experience in prioritizing key business drivers and fostering alignment among field partners is preferred.
• Experience in peer leadership, mentorship, coaching, and leading without formal authority is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and strong follow-through abilities are preferred.
