This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the establishment and implementation of a newly formed Radiopharma Strategic Accounts team.
• Oversee enterprise account management across national and strategic accounts.
• Define roles, responsibilities, account ownership models, and principles of engagement.
• Collaborate with Radiopharma General Managers and franchise leadership teams.
• Develop scalable standard work, account planning processes, and governance structures.
• Create operating rhythms that connect Strategic Accounts with internal teams, franchise planning, forecasting, launch readiness, and commercial execution.
• Formulate and execute enterprise account strategies to enhance adoption and growth across the GE HealthCare Radiopharma portfolio.
• Integrate strategic account priorities into the overall franchise strategy and business planning.
• Drive customer engagement and relationship building with C-suite executives, service line leaders, and key clinical stakeholders.
• Coordinate support from Medical Affairs, Clinical Applications, Market Access, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to facilitate customer implementation and commercial growth.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Execute account planning, opportunity management, forecasting, and business review processes.
• Support innovative contracting approaches, portfolio offerings, and growth initiatives.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 10+ years of proven sales/marketing/product leadership experience or equivalent industry experience in radiopharmaceuticals, molecular imaging, nuclear medicine, PET imaging, or related healthcare sectors.
• 3+ years of experience in leading strategic or national account initiatives, including engagement with complex health systems, IDNs, academic medical centers, or large enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with health system operations, contracting processes, reimbursement dynamics, and market development opportunities.
• Proven success in engaging and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to translate market insights into effective commercial strategies.
• Competence in influencing across matrixed internal organizations and collaborating with teams in commercial, medical, clinical, operations, and market access.
• Previous experience in leading cross-functional teams, projects, or commercial initiatives.
• Strong skills in customer relationship management, strategic planning, and business acumen.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must successfully complete a drug screening, if applicable.

• Preferred: experience in leading healthcare sales organizations and multi-product portfolio sales teams.
• Preferred: knowledge of PET radiopharmaceutical customer buying processes.
• Preferred: understanding of mobile PET and turnkey radiopharmaceutical business models.
• Preferred: comprehension of referring physician dynamics, patient referral pathways, and market development strategies.
• Preferred: understanding of PET imaging equipment, software, workflow solutions, capital equipment sales cycles, technology adoption drivers, and site readiness requirements.
• Preferred: experience in supporting product launches, market expansion initiatives, or the creation of new commercial capabilities.
