This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Drive demand and develop strategic business plans that enhance referral and treatment networks for prostate cancer care.
• Advocate for the Radioligand Therapy platform across both diagnostic and therapeutic portfolios.
• Engage in clinical discussions with Medical Oncologists, Urologists, Nuclear Medicine specialists, and Radiation Oncologists.
• Manage business relationships with prescribing and referring physicians.
• Create and implement territory business plans.
• Provide disease education, product value propositions, treatment protocols, and customer programs.
• Assist with product access and deploy competitive response and pull-through strategies.
• Maintain and expand relationships with account partners in alignment with target priorities and company policies.
• Design tailored tools and strategies to reach and engage healthcare professional targets.
• Position RLT as the preferred partner among community hospitals, academic hospitals, and community oncology accounts.
• Deliver clear and persuasive customer messages, manage objections, and finalize calls with actionable commitments.
• Monitor market landscapes, competitors, market segments, product information, and clinical data within the territory.
• Develop and implement call plans to meet objectives and enhance access and sales opportunities.
• Utilize sales data reporting tools and customer insights to identify growth opportunities within the territory and among customers.
• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similar industries with large, geographically diverse sales teams within the last 5 years.
• Candidates with backgrounds in complex sales environments such as medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, or B2B sectors are encouraged to apply.
• At least 1 year of experience in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in prostate cancer, neuroendocrine tumors, or buy-and-bill therapeutic experience within the past 5 years.
• Proven ability to collaborate and function effectively in a cross-functional matrix environment.
• Strong capability to communicate clinical product information.
• Documented history of consistent high performance.
• Proficient in navigating and selling to large accounts and key customer segments.
• Analytical skills to seek, prioritize, and apply relevant information to address issues.
• Ethical leadership skills and the ability to promote ethical behavior and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Must reside within the territory or within a reasonable commuting distance of 50 miles from the territory border.
• Willingness to travel 60–80% across a wide geography.
• Capability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
• A fully valid and unrestricted driver’s license is mandatory.
• Must adhere to applicable customer credentialing guidelines, which may include COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
• Must successfully complete initial training, involving home study of eight or fewer hours per day and a total of forty or fewer hours per week.
