Quoting and Implementation Specialist – Employee Benefits

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide operational and marketing assistance to Small Group Hub (SGH) Producers and Account Managers.

• Prepare quotes for medical and ancillary insurance for Producers and Account Managers.

• Accurately input and maintain data within agency systems and carrier platforms.

• Facilitate the onboarding of new clients, which includes carrier installations, processing Broker of Record (BOR), and handling EPIC intake documentation.

• Develop enrollment materials and benefit booklets for both new and renewing clients.

• Assist Account Managers with administrative tasks and service-related activities.

• Respond promptly and professionally to requests from both internal and external clients.

• Adhere to established procedures, quality controls, and compliance standards.

• Contribute to departmental projects, process enhancements, and perform other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is necessary.

• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

• Strong presentation skills are essential.

• Proficient in using relevant technology.

• Proven ability to communicate both verbally and in writing across all levels of an organization, internally and externally.

• Willingness to travel based on client and business needs.
