Product Implementation Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead thorough operational discovery initiatives directly with clients throughout the complete order-to-cash process.

• Create and validate functional proofs of concept utilizing AI-powered coding tools.

• Assist transportation clients during implementation, from initial discovery and system migration to go-live and continuous monitoring.

• Work alongside engineering teams to transform customer insights and implementation trends into fundamental product improvements.

• Address real-world logistical challenges and successfully launch Trimble TMS.

• Oversee the entire customer lifecycle and connect customer operational requirements with core engineering capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive domain knowledge within the transportation and logistics sector.

• Strong understanding of intricate operational workflows.

• Demonstrated ability to thoroughly learn software products and identify significant functionality gaps.

• Experience in utilizing AI-assisted tools for research, analysis, rapid prototyping, or problem-solving.

• Outstanding customer communication and system discovery abilities.

• High standards for quality.

• Capability to work independently in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

• Practical experience with finance and accounting processes in transportation operations is a plus.

• Familiarity with Azure, C#, React, Postgres, Kafka, or SQL Server is advantageous.
