This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Act as the main contact for dealerships utilizing an OEM Digital Retailing system.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on the OEM program, dealership operations, and best practices in automotive retail.
• Lead user training sessions and provide ongoing support during the implementation phase.
• Ensure that dealership staff adhere to turnaround times for essential implementation milestones.
• Identify potential risks during implementation and take steps to mitigate them.
• Foster partnerships with dealership teams through both in-person and virtual consultations, coaching, and training.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
• Create actionable plans that align with dealership processes and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with integrated vendors to ensure the success of the program.
• Document, communicate, and escalate any issues or concerns as necessary.
• Track performance metrics utilizing data and analytics.
• Engage in performance reviews and strategic planning sessions with Maritz managers.
• Focus on high-impact activities while managing travel and program-related expenses.
• Experience in dealership consulting or automotive retail operations.
• In-depth knowledge of the retail automotive industry, including terminology, dealership structures, and workflow processes.
• Familiarity with dealership and automotive retail software platforms, such as DMS, CRM, and digital retailing solutions.
• Understanding of dealership desking or F&I processes.
• Capability to keep up with rapidly changing digital solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude in high-pressure situations.
• Strong collaboration skills with Maritz teams, clients, and vendor partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in delivering presentations, guiding productive discussions, and addressing objections effectively.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Must be located in the greater St. Louis, MO area.
• Must have permanent work authorization in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available.
