This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Ensure accountability throughout implementations, promptly addressing any blockers and meeting deadlines.
β’ Take ownership of project management for implementations from the initial kickoff to go-live.
β’ Monitor milestones, assess risks, and maintain alignment among stakeholders.
β’ Conduct internal and external discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and create customized implementation plans.
β’ Define and oversee HRIS integrations, which includes interpreting API documentation and mapping data.
β’ Collaborate with integrations, product, and support teams to ensure timely delivery and effective communication.
β’ Provide strategic advice to enterprise clients regarding workflows and product best practices.
β’ Facilitate a seamless transition to Customer Success post-implementation.
β’ Remain engaged during the early adoption phase to foster long-term customer success.
β’ Create and deliver scalable customer training programs, including live sessions, train-the-trainer initiatives, and asynchronous learning materials.
β’ Initially manage 8β12 active implementations, with potential expansion to 15β20+.
β’ Utilize tools such as Arrows, HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, Intercom, Linear, and Guru.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience leading large-scale B2B SaaS implementations from start to finish across various products.
β’ Proven experience with both enterprise and mid-market clients.
β’ Familiarity with HR or recruiting technology is a significant advantage.
β’ Demonstrated track record in managing complex, multi-customer B2B SaaS implementations at scale (10+ concurrent implementations).
β’ Ability to juggle competing priorities, internal coordination, and technical complexities across a range of customer needs.
β’ Proficient in learning from API documentation and utilizing tools like Postman for troubleshooting purposes.
β’ Eagerness to delve into technical challenges and minimize engineering dependency when feasible.
β’ Experience in high-growth startup settings (50β250 employees).
β’ Background in collaborating with global clients and cross-functional teams (including product, engineering, and customer success).
β’ Skilled in managing implementation risks effectively.
β’ Structured approach to project ownership with milestone-centric planning and risk management.
β’ Strong operational discipline and accountability.
β’ Regular use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar applications.
β’ Comfortable navigating ambiguous environments typical of startups with evolving processes.
β’ Professional demeanor and presence; capable of clear communication and commanding a virtual room.
