Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire client onboarding process from the initial kickoff to the go-live stage.

• Organize and facilitate kickoff meetings, discovery sessions, system configuration, testing phases, training, and the launch event.

• Cultivate client relationships and act as the main point of contact throughout the process.

• Set up clients’ systems of record, which includes configuring objects, fields, calculations, approval workflows, reporting, and folder structures.

• Transform customized real estate processes into workflows within Intapp Properties.

• Lead sessions for discovery and gathering requirements.

• Document current-state processes, data sources, and approval workflows.

• Manage data migration and integration efforts in collaboration with client teams and internal engineering.

• Provide training and support to ensure client self-sufficiency upon go-live.

• Relay client feedback to product and engineering teams to influence future product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate development/finance, software implementation, solutions consulting, or client onboarding.

• Familiarity with real estate workflows, including land acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, development budgets, investment committee approvals, or asset management.

• Proven experience in configuring SaaS platforms such as CRM, deal management, or project management systems.

• Comfort with structured data, formulas, or basic scripting is an advantage.

• Strong project management skills and instincts.

• Effective and confident communication skills suitable for audiences ranging from analysts to executives.

• A consultative approach with the ability to implement best practices.

• Capability to handle multiple onboarding processes and identify risks proactively.
