This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee complete client onboarding initiatives from initiation to launch, ensuring effective management of scope, timelines, milestones, and risks.
• Establish and uphold client expectations while proactively communicating any changes.
• Ensure accountability among clients and internal stakeholders regarding agreed timelines.
• Conduct thorough discovery sessions to gain insights into client business processes.
• Convert client requirements into platform configurations.
• Set up application settings, workflows, and platform options effectively.
• Facilitate data imports and verify data configuration.
• Define, execute, and document testing processes prior to the cutover.
• Diagnose and resolve configuration and system setup challenges.
• Share best practices for the platform and suggest effective workflow strategies.
• Guide client teams during the implementation process and prepare them for the go-live phase.
• Foster relationships with administrators and executive leadership.
• Identify risks and provide guidance to clients regarding configuration choices.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Support, Sales, and Product teams.
• Record configurations, customizations, and significant decisions.
• Develop and enhance playbooks, templates, and process documentation.
• Contribute to documentation, provide product feedback, and support teammates.
• 2–4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical consulting, or software delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous implementation projects successfully.
• Preferred experience with Association Management Software (AMS), Learning Management Software (LMS), or similar platforms for nonprofits or memberships.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in configuring SaaS platforms, including navigating admin settings and workflow tools to align with client requirements.
• Experience with supporting data imports and ensuring data accuracy before the go-live stage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and validation tasks.
• Familiarity with project or development management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools to enhance daily operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong project management skills: ability to prioritize, track details, and maintain workflow momentum.
• Client-centric approach with a genuine commitment to client outcomes.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Proactive attitude towards process enhancement.
• Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) is advantageous.
