This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
β’ Take ownership of and oversee intricate quantum applications and IT projects from the initial planning phase through to implementation, acceptance, and deployment.
β’ Ensure that all contractually obligated deliverables are achieved on schedule, within scope, budget, and to the established quality standards.
β’ Set project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines for multiple initiatives.
β’ Oversee project scope, resource allocation, risks, dependencies, and accountability across various workstreams.
β’ Establish project governance and maintain comprehensive delivery plans.
β’ Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders, including country management, technical teams, product teams, R&D, project management, partners, and customers.
β’ Provide regular updates, reports, and technical demonstrations to leadership, partners, and customers.
β’ Represent Classiq at industry events, workshops, and academic forums.
β’ Track project KPIs, including schedule adherence, deliverable quality, and stakeholder engagement.
β’ Integrate innovative methodologies in project management, application development, and quantum software development.
β’ Ensure effective communication, timely escalation, stakeholder alignment, and successful fulfillment of contractual obligations.
β’ Native-level proficiency in Korean and professional fluency in English.
β’ A Bachelorβs or advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
β’ Over 3 years of experience in project or program management within high-tech or deep-tech environments.
β’ A solid understanding of quantum computing, or a strong motivation and ability to learn quantum computing algorithms.
β’ Experience collaborating with research or software teams and engaging in public/private partnerships.
β’ Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders.
β’ Proficiency in project planning and tracking tools, including Gantt charts, milestone management, risk registers, resource planning, and status reporting.
β’ PMP or a similar certification is advantageous.
β’ An MSc or PhD in Quantum Computing or related fields is a plus.
β’ Experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma or similar principles for software development projects is a bonus.
