This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Client Service on projects to ensure the fulfillment of client requirements.
• Deliver projects punctually, aligning with client expectations and adhering to budget constraints.
• Coordinate internal resources, ensuring proper booking and management of those resources.
• Oversee and manage client deliverables across Brand Strategy & Research, Media Planning and Buying, Analytics, Creative, and Production teams.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, which includes project codes/job numbers, schedules, estimates, financial summaries, and meeting notes.
• Implement campaign and research deliverables while adapting to shifting priorities to ensure timely execution.
• Communicate project progress, inquiries, feedback, and changes to the team and client.
• Manage the timing and receipt of creative assets provided by clients.
• Archive final creative assets along with working files.
• Activate and oversee the Media Activation Process, designating roles and responsibilities to departments as necessary.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders.
• Maintain RainMAP documents and provide bi-weekly updates.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Prior experience in a media or creative agency is essential.
• PMI Project Management certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing creative projects from initiation to completion.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of the creative development process, marketing and CRM concepts, brand strategy, digital media landscape, digital technologies, and video production is advantageous.
• Capability to convert client objectives into concrete marketing solutions through independent strategic thinking.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment with a capacity for handling unexpected challenges.
• Skill in fostering positive, collaborative relationships within project teams and across the agency.
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and the Google Suite.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with outstanding organizational and analytical abilities.
