This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Take charge of the daily execution of intricate, large-scale implementations for digital banking, card, and payments platforms.
β’ Oversee scope, timelines, risks, and coordination across various functions.
β’ Develop and manage minimum-viable implementation processes, including status updates, RAID logs, and decision logs.
β’ Handle client-facing status communications, ranging from detailed weekly reports to executive summaries.
β’ Convert engineering and product advancements into business-oriented language.
β’ Ensure clear accountability for open items both internally and with clients.
β’ Provide coverage for multiple existing bank and fintech clients.
β’ Cultivate and enhance relationships within a client portfolio.
β’ Facilitate account operating rhythms, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), roadmap check-ins, and prioritization sessions.
β’ Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on feasibility and sequencing, while managing the agenda, follow-through, and client narratives.
β’ Monitor portfolio health using KPIs, adoption rates, satisfaction levels, and support/escalation trends.
β’ Deliver portfolio health reports for internal teams and clients.
β’ Identify risks early and compile client feedback into structured input for product prioritization.
β’ Maintain a consolidated source of truth for each account that includes health status, commitments, roadmap requests, and key contacts.
β’ Lead client reviews following incidents and issues.
β’ Translate technical root causes into business-friendly explanations and forward-looking action plans.
β’ 5-7+ years of experience in consulting and project management.
β’ Solid background in enterprise relationship management.
β’ Proven experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing complex, large-scale projects.
β’ Ability to build and strengthen client trust in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
β’ Strong experience in operating rhythms and accountability-building in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Capacity to communicate in a structured, concise manner that is suitable for executives.
β’ Comfort in delivering status updates and risk assessments to executive and board-level audiences.
β’ Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
β’ Data-driven approach to decision-making.
β’ Willingness to collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams, as well as engage in data, reporting, and portfolio analytics.
β’ Highly self-driven and adaptable.
β’ Entrepreneurial mindset characterized by ownership, accountability, and a results-oriented approach.
