Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

📋 Description

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams of 5–10 individuals, including research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders.

• Ensure a seamless transition of A/B tests from concept through to build, launch, and evaluation.

• Proactively identify potential risks and assist in removing obstacles for teams.

• Develop and maintain a testing roadmap featuring 10–20 planned experiments.

• Articulate the rationale behind strategies and manage expectations effectively.

• Lead weekly client meetings to discuss progress and outcomes.

• Act as the primary liaison for both clients and internal teams.

• Uphold clarity, positivity, focus, and momentum during periods of high activity or complexity.

• Report directly to the Account Director.

• No previous experience with A/B testing is necessary.

• Formal project management experience is not required; training will be provided.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable with systems, checklists, and timelines.

• A proactive and highly communicative approach with clients and colleagues.

• Quick learner with a keen interest in technology and design.

• Ability to comprehend the reasons behind successful or unsuccessful outcomes.

• Skill in pattern recognition and asking insightful questions.
