This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assess programmed surveys against their questionnaires to ensure precision and coherence.
• Evaluate survey logic, skip patterns, piping, randomization, quotas, calculations, and respondent flow.
• Execute soft-launch data verifications and detect potential programming or fieldwork challenges.
• Collaborate with researchers and programming vendors to troubleshoot and rectify issues.
• Review and sanitize respondent-level data throughout the fieldwork and at the conclusion of the study.
• Detect low-quality respondents, inconsistent answers, suspicious open-ended responses, speeders, straightliners, and other concerns related to data quality.
• Analyze unexpected data trends and troubleshoot possible programming, sampling, or data-processing problems.
• Assist with recodes, derived variables, banners, crosstabs, weighting, and significance testing.
• Examine data tables and other outputs for accuracy and reliability.
• Populate PowerPoint presentations with survey data, including charts and tables.
• Verify bases, percentages, significance, calculations, and data labels.
• Conduct thorough numerical quality control of client deliverables.
• Resolve discrepancies across raw data, tables, and reporting outputs.
• Prepare clean, analysis-ready data and outputs for research teams.
• Act as a centralized resource for the quality and technical execution of quantitative research.
• Develop and enhance standardized processes for program checking, data cleaning, reporting, and quality control.
• Identify opportunities to automate or optimize repetitive quantitative workflows.
• Acquire and utilize AI-powered tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in market research, psychology, sociology, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience (internships are included).
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and writing capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (experience with survey or analytics tools is advantageous).
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a remote work setting.
