Quantitative Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee all phases of the project life cycle for data gathering, from initiation to completion.

• Manage project budgets while updating clients on field progress, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to ensure deadlines are met.

• Ensure that Profiles and Health standards are consistently upheld throughout the process.

• Coordinate the daily activities required for the execution of individual projects.

• Identify, document, and report issues that could hinder the team's ability to complete projects on schedule and within budget.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 20252 / 26362 standards as outlined in the Company’s Quality Manual and supporting procedures, including adherence to industry guidelines and other regulatory and client requirements such as Adverse Event Reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in market research project management, ideally within the healthcare sector.

• Preferred experience in healthcare data collection.

• Proven expertise in using Decipher or similar platforms, as well as Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Word.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.

• Self-motivated individual exhibiting exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Well-honed analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve departmental goals.

• Ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and punctually in a dynamic environment where deadlines and other changes may occur in real-time.
