This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Analyze performance and quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.

β€’ Conduct remote and on-site quality and health & safety audits.

β€’ Assist services in completing audit action plans and implementing sustainable improvements.

β€’ Present audit findings, key themes, and recommendations to stakeholders throughout the organization.

β€’ Collaborate with operational teams to enhance compliance with legislation, regulations, and best practices.

β€’ Aid services in preparing for CQC and other external inspections.

β€’ Contribute to the formulation of audit methodologies and quality frameworks.

β€’ Foster effective risk management and monitor quality-related issues.

β€’ Work alongside colleagues, commissioners, and external partners to promote service improvement.

β€’ Offer expert guidance on quality, compliance, and health & safety issues within Rethink Mental Illness.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in quality management, compliance, assurance, or a related field.

β€’ NEBOSH General Certificate or NVQ Level 3 (or higher) in Health & Safety.

β€’ Understanding of health and social care legislation, including the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.

β€’ Proficient in using data to identify performance challenges and drive improvements.

β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

β€’ Experience in supporting business improvement initiatives.

β€’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

β€’ Capacity to work independently and manage competing priorities.

β€’ Willingness to travel nationally as required.

β€’ Enhanced DBS check with Adults.

β€’ Degree, professional diploma, or recognized management qualification (desirable).

β€’ Qualification in Quality, Change Management, or Project Management (desirable).

β€’ Experience in the voluntary sector (desirable).
