Quality Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement thorough testing strategies while establishing testing requirements, objectives, and scope.

• Design and carry out unit, functional, integrated, regression, and workflow testing.

• Set testing goals, develop test cases, create test scripts, and define expected outcomes.

• Identify and prepare test patients along with other testing scenarios.

• Monitor testing results, issues, and defects.

• Collaborate with development/build teams to enhance quality and resolve testing concerns.

• Convey software enhancements, fixes, and known issues through both written and verbal communication.

• Assist in ensuring high-quality Epic releases through hands-on testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and communication.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Travel nationally for Go-Live installations or training as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment using technology in daily operations, or 2 years of experience testing software utilized in a healthcare setting.

• At least 2–3 years of experience as an Epic Analyst or in a similar role focused on testing and troubleshooting.

• Epic ClinDoc experience is highly preferred.

• Experience with Epic modules such as Prelude, RTE, MyChart, Resolute HB, Claims, Dorothy/Comfort, and EpicCare Ambulatory is preferred.

• Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview.

• Proficient in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.

• Capability to work independently and effectively from a home office.

• Access to high-speed internet service.

• Ability to maintain focus in a distraction-free work environment.

• Willingness and ability to travel nationally, potentially up to 20%, for on-site Go-Live support.
