Quality Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Execute and facilitate automated testing processes across all delivery models.

• Assist teams in creating quality solutions and promote continuous integration and assurance for delivering defect-free customer value.

• Play a key role in enhancing testing through quality methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Establish consistent and repeatable quality throughout the entire idea-to-value lifecycle.

• Aid in designing automation test strategies that align with business or program objectives.

• Advance predictive and intelligent testing methods by leveraging automation and innovative testing tools and solutions.

• Clarify the scope of both manual and automated testing efforts.

• Develop automated test scripts, user documentation, and related artifacts.

• Design and implement low-maintenance, stable, and reusable automated test suites suitable for cross-domain and end-to-end applications.

• Adhere to testing and delivery standards, encompassing product development lifecycle, mandatory regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with feature teams and stakeholders across various domains, platforms, and systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in automated testing, preferably within an Agile development or CI/CD setting.

• Capability to create complex automation code.

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within an Agile team framework.

• Familiarity with end-to-end and automation testing utilizing tools endorsed by the enterprise tooling framework.

• Background in designing, developing, and implementing automation frameworks in new environments.

• Experience in manual testing across customer digital journeys.

• Knowledge of system integration, acceptance testing, as well as load, volume, and stress testing.

• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts to management-level colleagues.

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
