This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement a repeatable methodology for data collection and reporting utilizing SharePoint and Power BI.

• Design, publish, and sustain Power BI dashboards and visualizations tailored for PMO leadership and federal stakeholders.

• Construct and manage SharePoint Lists, libraries, and views.

• Streamline review intake, scoring capture, finding logging, and status notifications through Power Automate and Power Apps.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, executive, and weekly quality status reports.

• Examine review outcomes for trends, recurring defect patterns, and root causes.

• Convert findings into prioritized recommendations for process improvements.

• Verify published metrics against source records, including quality control workbooks and Jira tracking queues.

• Conduct quality control reviews of project artifacts throughout various phases of the project management lifecycle.

• Assist in phase gate and pre-brief governance reviews during peak review periods.

• Develop and maintain SOPs, reporting data dictionaries, user guides, and review checklists within Confluence and SharePoint.

• Engage in calibration and peer reviews.

• Collaborate with federal project managers to elucidate findings, clarify compliance standards, and monitor corrective actions.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or quality analysis supporting a program management office, IT governance function, or compliance organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; an additional four years of directly relevant analytical or quality assurance experience may substitute for the degree.

• Practical experience in developing Power BI reports and dashboards, including data modeling, DAX measures, and establishing connections to SharePoint and Excel data sources.

• Proven experience in designing and managing SharePoint Lists and libraries, including calculated columns, views, permissions, and list-based data structures for operational reporting.

• Proficient use of Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup and array formulas, and maintaining complex scoring or evaluation workbooks.

• Experience in drafting analytical reports for a government or executive audience that interprets data and recommends actions.

• Familiarity with reviewing documentation or deliverables against established quality, compliance, or audit criteria and documenting findings.

• Understanding of project and program management lifecycle concepts and governance artifacts.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

• Must obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability determination.

• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence for review tracking, workflow configuration, and knowledge base publication.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Project schedules and concepts related to schedule health.

• Previous experience supporting a federal or legislative branch program management office, or familiarity with GAO, ISO 9001, or PMBOK-based quality management frameworks.

• Technical writing experience in producing standard operating procedures, process guides, or reporting data dictionaries for a government client.

• Relevant certifications such as PL-300, PL-900, CBAP, ITIL Foundation, or PMP.

• Must possess or be eligible to obtain and complete a Public Trust background investigation and/or clearance.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
