Quality Analyst – ITSM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and implement test plans to ensure that objectives are achieved.

• Develop and oversee test scripts to evaluate functionality, reliability, performance, and overall product quality.

• Detect and resolve defects in the production process.

• Suggest, implement, and track preventative and corrective measures.

• Gather and analyze statistical information.

• Ensure user expectations are fulfilled throughout the testing process.

• Write quality assurance policies and procedures.

• Examine customer complaints and product-related issues.

• Maintain compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.

• Assist in the planning, design, and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process strategies.

• Offer precise and detailed feedback to team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in applying performance, unit, integration, and automated testing methodologies.

• Familiarity with IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, and system administration/Unix utilities.

• Strong understanding of various software testing types, techniques, tools, processes, and methodologies.

• Experience in reviewing test cases and scenarios, analyzing root causes of issues, and implementing corrective actions.

• Knowledge of smoke, functional, integration, system, regression, stress, and black box testing processes.

• Extensive functional and non-functional end-to-end testing experience with the ServiceNow platform.

• Experience in testing products based on ServiceNow.

• Practical experience with an existing automation framework, preferably ServiceNow ATF.

• Technical proficiency in ServiceNow and/or automation domains.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of testing experience with ServiceNow or related roles.

• ISTQB, CSTE, or CSA certification is preferred.
