This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential threats.

• Assist in strategic planning by evaluating industry benchmarks, customer requirements, and emerging technologies.

• Convert strategic objectives into actionable business requirements and performance indicators.

• Work in collaboration with product managers and technical teams to outline product features, roadmaps, and user stories.

• Examine usage data and feedback to guide product improvements and innovation strategies.

• Aid in the development of new tools and platforms like PowerApps, SharePoint, and Power BI for tracking projects and monitoring performance.

• Gather, validate, and analyze financial, operational, and customer data.

• Spot performance gaps and identify opportunities for enhancement.

• Create dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations utilizing Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.

• Prepare and deliver reports to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, strategic insights.

• Lead cross-functional workshops, lessons-learned sessions, and strategic alignment meetings.

• Act as a liaison among business units, technical teams, and clients to ensure clarity and alignment regarding goals and deliverables.

• Assist in change management and the adoption of new processes and tools.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Master’s degree is preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, product development, or strategy.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience in market research and strategic planning.

• Proficient in data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).

• Familiar with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.

• Superior oral and written communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% for client engagements and project-related activities.

• Must be a US Citizen or possess Green Card Status.
