This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Conduct regular audits of financial data to ensure accurate billing and maintain revenue integrity.
• Verify the cleanliness and accuracy of CRM opportunity data entries.
• Review customer projects to ensure that PSA data corresponds with contractual agreements.
• Carry out trend analysis, regression audits, and comprehensive reconciliations to avert revenue loss.
• Execute root cause analysis and facilitate issue resolution in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Identify global process and system deficiencies and spearhead corrective actions alongside stakeholders and IT.
• Report on the outcomes of issue resolutions and their financial implications.
• Create and implement audits and controls.
• Supervise internal audits within Finance Operations and refresh audit procedures as necessary.
• Document findings and intricacies from audits.
• Develop and sustain KPI dashboards and scorecards.
• Assist in ad hoc financial analyses and projects.
• Design and configure PSA system setups for customer initiatives.
• Lead the establishment of project budgets and billing in collaboration with Sales, Service Delivery, Accounting, and Talent.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to confirm project details.
• Construct team frameworks, financial milestones, and revenue distributions.
• Record updates, decisions, and changes related to client projects.
• Evaluate billing maintenance requests for precision and adherence to contracts.
• Execute monthly system audits and updates to support Accounting’s month-end closing process.
• Act as the main point of contact with Accounting for billing queries and resolution of issues.
• Suggest and implement enhancements to processes.
• Gather and analyze team performance and quality metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (or a comparable blend of education and experience).
• Generally, 2–4 years of experience in operational and/or financial analysis.
• Practical project management experience within a professional environment.
• Strong business acumen and established financial analysis capabilities.
• Familiarity with statistical concepts.
• Proficiency in using statistical software for data analysis (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.).
• Ability to work effectively, responsively, and reliably in a remote work setting.
• Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented work style.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and prioritization abilities.
